
TECHNOLOGY OF LAMINARFLOW-SYSTEMS
Purity with laminarflow – the restricted clean-room working area
ASYS-Laminarflow-units are necessary wherever the surrounding air with particles of dust can affect or prevent production. By their application dust particles are efficiently removed and the air, cleaned by two stages of filters, is led to a precisely restricted working area.
Due to the modular construction the laminarflow-units offer the optimum possibility to create a precisely restricted CLEAN working area.
The purification of the air is effected by an easily changeable prefilter and then by a mechanical filter. The air flow is kept in circulation by a high-efficiency low-pressure radial fan and streams evenly and laminar-distributed through the working area. Hereby the intrusion of suspended particles is avoided and the particles resulting from the working process are suppressed.
The standards provided by US-FEDERAL STANDARD 209, respectively by VDI-requirement DIN 2083 concerning the admissible concentration of particles are fully guaranteed.
CLEAN WORKING PLACES made to measure any individual specific requirement. In style, colour and, if possible, in material housing, illumination and PVC-curtains can be adapted to the surroundings as desired by the customer.

Depending on the option the lights (luminescent lamps with high, glare-free lighting) can be covered with safety beams made of coated aluminium or synthetics.

The regulation of the air flow, the electronic control display for filters and air velocity are integrated into an operating panel.

The measuring and control of the air flow and the air velocity is made by a highly sensible air flow sensor (aeromometer).
