Definition

The system described below is a clean working place that creates a restricted clean working area with particle-free air inside of a room with normal air (acc. to VDI 2083, US-Federal-Standard 209 b).

Function

With the fan the air is sucked in via the prefilter and pressed through the high-efficiency mechanical filter (Hosch-Filter). The "CLEAN" air streams evenly and with low turbulence, distributed over the complete section of the working area. Hereby the intrusion of suspended particles is avoided and particles resulting from the working process are suppressed. The standards provided by US-FEDERAL STANDARD 209, respectively by VDI-requirement DIN 2083 concerning the admissible concentration of particles as well as GMP-requirements are fulfilled.
